 FROM BOULDER, TAKING ARAPAHOE.
Take Arapahoe east out of Boulder (about 5 miles). At 75th Street, go right and past the railroad trestle. Take the first left at Arlington Road. (If you
reach Douglass Elementary School you have missed it.) Take the second right,
Dearborn Place. Take the second left, Jade Ct.
FROM BOULDER, TAKING BASELINE.
Take Baseline east, past Foothills Parkway. At the end, Cherryvale, make a
left. Take your first right, which again is Baseline Go past 75th St, and take your first left at Frontage road. Take your first left, Columbia, then your first right, Ferris Way. Now, take your first left, Dearborn Place, then your first right, Jade Ct.
FROM BOULDER, TAKING S. BOULDER RD.
Take S. Boulder Rd east. Go past the light at Cherryvale. Take a left at 76th St. and take it to the end, to Baseline Rd. Go left. Before the next light, on the right, is a Frontage Road. Take this, which hairpins back. Take your first left, Columbia, then your first right, Ferris Way. Now, take your first left, Dearborn Place, then your first right, Jade Ct.
FROM DENVER, BROOMFIELD, WESTMINSTER, etc.
Take highway 36 (Boulder-Denver Hwy) towards Boulder. Exit at the Superior-Lousiville exit, and go north (right) at McCaslin Bvld. Take 2 miles up the hill to S. Boulder Road. Go left (west towards the mountains). At the first light, 76th St, make a right. Take it to the end, to Baseline Rd. Go left. Before the next light, on the right, is a frontage road. Take this, which hairpins back. Take your first left, Columbia, then your first right, Ferris Way. Now, take your first left, Dearborn Place, then your first right, Jade Ct
FROM LONGMONT, LOVELAND, and FT. COLLINS.
If going south on I-25, take Exit 229 and go west towards the mountain. This goes through Lafayette and becomes Baseline Rd. If coming on 287 or 95th St, take a right on Baseline Rd. Go west towards the mountains to the light at 76th St. Go past this light to the first right, at the Frontage Road. (This is before the light at 75th St.) The Frontage Road hairpins back. Take your first left, Columbia, then your first right, Ferris Way. Now, take your first left, Dearborn Place, then your first right, Jade Ct.
We are at 7764 Jade Ct, the second house on the left. Please park in the gravel parking area at the first tool shed. The clinic is through the front door of the house, and then to the left.
